Are the products good quality?
Yes. All products listed on SarvMart are sourced from trusted suppliers and checked for quality before being listed.
Do product images match the actual product?
Product images are for reference purposes. Minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on most products. Availability depends on your delivery location.
Why is COD confirmation required?
To reduce fake orders and ensure faster delivery, COD orders are shipped only after confirmation via WhatsApp or call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your Order ID and clear photos/videos via support@sarvmart.co.in or WhatsApp.
When will I receive my refund?
Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days. COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
What happens if a COD order is refused?
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
